Practical Information
The event takes place at Copenhagen Polo Club, located on the private estate Lyngebækgård, Lyngebæksgårdallé, 2990 Nivå. Access the estate via Lyngebæksgårdallé from Gl. Strandvej, continue past the main house and follow the asphalt road to the right, behind the yellow office buildings and through the horse gate. Here you will find the stables and indoor riding arena.
Parking is available directly by the stables or in the parking area before the horse gate. Parking on grass areas is not permitted.
Please wear practical clothing – comfortable jeans are recommended – and shoes or boots with a heel. The event will take place either indoors or outdoors, depending on weather conditions.
Participation at own risk. Instructions must be followed to ensure safety of participants.
Bringing own beverages is not permitted.
Participation is not allowed while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Payment required in advance as final confirmation of the booking.
Please note a rider weight limit of 100 kg, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
